Agreement to Rules & Regulations

I have read the Farmers' Market Management Co. Rules & Regulations, and if selected as a vendor, will abide by those and all rules and policies of market regulatory departments, including US Department of Agriculture, California Department of Food and Agriculture, Department of Environmental Health, California Department of Public Health, and City of Operation rules and regulations in place for outdoor farmers markets.
